Terrain-screening disclaimer

Land Scanner identifies candidate areas using terrain clues. It does not directly detect groundwater and does not guarantee that a spring or seep exists at any candidate location. On-site validation is recommended before excavation, construction, water-supply decisions, or other consequential actions.
